  The images in the ad were not what I received. I got a broken case with a ripped cover. Either the seller lied about the condition or did a poor job packing the item.

  Hi, im sorry to hear that your experience was bad, i handled everything with care and packaged the item properly, i did not shipped the item as the pictures shown and i think that everything was packaged correctly.
