Explains why his speeches and writings are difficults to understand.
0 of 1 found this helpful The reason that Lincoln's speeches are often so difficult to understand is because he had little formal education. He just read books, and, according to Mr. Hirsch, several were authored by Euclid. Where he found his vocabulary, is a mystery, but he used 6-part Euclidean logic to structure his speeches. If A =B, and B=C, then A=C is a simplistic explanation. I had to read it twice to understand the basics. It is not quite as simple as the authors make it to be, but I learned enough to write a letter using this format. It is worthwhile reading this book just to understand how the man's mind worked, but don't be surprised if if you still have questions.

1 of 1 found this helpful It is simply what it claims to be. Simple. It makes using ebay much easier. I used it 10 times this week. Measuring weights accurately removes some of the anxiety from ebaying as shipping rates rise and shipping becomes more important in pricing.
