Dermatologist's dream.
Dermatologist's dream. Keeps skin soft and healthy, even successfully fights problems caused by incontinence and being wheelchair-bound. Hospital therapists recommended it, so we use it every day.

WORTH EVERY CENT, and much cheaper on eBay than other retail.
I have been using S&N Secura ointment on incontinent my dear lady [81, post-stroke, incontinent for a year now]. Hospital used it exclusively, and we liked it, too. I change her 3-5 times daily, always followed with Secura. After all this time, her bottom has absolutely no signs of irritation.
REALLY GOOD STUFF.
