Premium price, sub-par product
2 of 2 found this helpful For a premium priced product, I am very disappointed. While the saw is well made and more than powerful enough to do what it is intended to do it is let down by by poor build tolerances. On my saw the table is not flat, so when making a cross cut it is impossible to get a 90 degree cut on the end of your stock. It is so bad if you put a straight edge on the table and hold it down at one end it is raised by around 5mm at the other end of the table. The blade is not set at 90 degrees to the mitre slots, it is around 1mm out front to back of the blade. There are no adjustments possible to correct this. The mitre gauge is so sloppy in the mitre slot it is useless for making accurate cuts. The fence, while sturdy, does move when tightening the clamp, so the precision movements and settings are rendered pointless.
