Worked great for 2017 Solar Eclipse
Only problem was the thumb screws are too short for my 80mm scope, so I pulled them off. Easy fix -- I put half-inch weather strip inside and it held the filter in place nicely.
Note: the reflection in the foto is not caused by the filter. It's from the gap between my phone camera and the scope eye piece.
