New product code, but backward compatible
One of the more confusing Shimano parts, the C bolt for flat road calipers is designated by frame thickness; the bolt is actually 38mm, not 25mm, which is how long the frame mount holes would be. Even more, the bolts for the new gen Dura-Ace have a new code (Y8PU08020), however they have the same physical dimensions as the older gen bolts for BR-RS505/805/405 (Y8N208020). Good to know when avoiding sellers charging £10 for basically the same bolt.

Good quality and easy to use
It is a well built, powerful tool and it is quite intuitive to use. The 3000-15 model comes with a case and a few attachments that cover a wide range of applications. Other bits may be more appropriate for specific jobs, but I was able to finish my project with just the ones in the package.
Two things to note though:
- the head spins clockwise, making it slightly unconfortable for right-handed beginners when using cutting discs - all the debris are shot upwards, so protective eyewear and mask are mandatory (extra expense, if you don't have them);
- the Dremel takes a "multi chuck" head to fit drill bits, but the slider switch doesn't offer the same level of control as a typical drill.
Once you get used to these quirks, it is a fantastic tool.

Remote renewed
This is exactly as advertised. There is no easy way to determine whether this is genuine or not, but it looks and feels identically to my old remote, only every button works now.
