This item arrived in a factory-sealed bag, exactly as listed, but inside a gray plastic mailing bag, rather than a box, and with $4.95 USPS postage due. I wouldn't mind the postage, but that was on top of the $16 I had already paid up front for "shipping." Oh, well. At least it was delivered unbroken, so still not a bad deal. :) Thanks!

The items were loose shipped, not in an OEM bag 'new' and terminals were bent when it arrived. Easily straightened. I bought two from this seller on different buy it now listings. Both came just wrapped in paper in a single box. I paid shipping separately. No offer to combine shipping was made, but seller combined anyways. Items differed in appearance, but functioned as intended. Shipping speed was reasonable. My Hayward heat pump is back in business.
