Adequate; nice design, but has some drawbacks
2 of 2 found this helpful For the price, we thought it would be perfect. Ours came with areas that the stained missed (on edges). It looks really cool--especially to display our beautiful knives. However, the magnet inside the wood is uneven. It is difficult to keep smaller knives attached--or they will clump together toward where the magnet is. Our 6" chef won't lay flat against the wood either (the knife is not warped); likely due to where the magnet is inside the wood. It needs some perfecting. If you have only big knives, it works great.

Excellent, with quality case
Much nicer than past sets I bought. Comes in a nice case to store parts. Excellent fit and finish!
