  Seller broke one of the pendant lamp shades before shipping and agreed to reduce the price and ship the extra pendant. However, I wasn't expecting to receive a box with the broken lamp shade in the shipment. All in all good experience. Shipping was slow and tracking was basically non-existent via USPS.
