Pear wood not briar.
0 of 1 found this helpful This is a terrible smoking pipe. It gets very hot very quickly. Also has an unpleasant taste. I’ve been a pipe smoker for many years and would not recommend this pipe. I have other pear wood pipes that smoke fine but this one doesn’t. Very pretty so it’ll be a display piece only. Over priced as similar can be had on eBay for half the price. Avoid unless you want an ornament.

Better value than it looks
1 of 1 found this helpful Thought it was a bit flimsy at first but when mounted to the wall it took my 42” flatscreen no problem. Although there’s no instructions you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out. Comes with comprehensive fixing kit although I couldn’t use it as I mounted it on a stud partition wall with toggle bolts. Why pay more.
