iT IS A LITTLE HARD TO EVALUATE A PRODUCT THAT WON'T WORK. I HAVE RUN COMPUTERS FOR 25 YEARS AND SPENT OVER AN HOUR TRYING EVERYTHING. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE AWOL BUT i HAVE INSTALLED DOZENS OF PROGRAMS FROM DISC.i'M NOT RETURNING IT AND WILL TAKE THE LOSS. IF MICROSOFT CAN EXPLAIN HOW TO MAKE IT WORK, I'LL GLAD;Y ACCEPT THAT. GEORGE

just mix with water and it's a great drink

definitely an improvement
the rubber handle cover is a little hard to install, but then it is tight and on forever. It is both easier on the hand when walking and very helpful in hanging the cane when the floor surface won't hold it up by itself. It will grip the edge of a counter or dozens of other places. and stay put.
