All good.
All seems fine. Needed to replace the card in my phone that had been glitchy and unreliable for the past few months. The new one loaded into my phone fine, and seems to be working well.
I replaced like-for-like in terms of storage capacity, but should probably have gone for a larger size really as it would only have been another few pounds.
I used the adapter inside my laptop with my old card to see if I could get it to work properly, but it's giving me problems. To be fair, that's almost certainly the card though rather than the adapter, but thought it worth mentioning that I've not really tested that fairly.

Simple, work well, decent enough sound. Well worth < £20 BNIB or < £10 second hand.
Simple, work well, decent enough sound. I use weather, news and radio functions much more than I expected to - especially radio.
I like the ability to play sync'd music in multiple rooms with 3 of these. Using 2 in one room for stereo sounds decent. Shame I can't plug one into an existing stereo to easily bring Spotify (for example) to a good hifi. Gets confused sometimes and both phone and speaker respond to a question.
If you're patient you can buy these for under £20 brand new and under £10 second hand - in my opinion these are well worth those prices. Be careful not to accidentally buy a 1st generation that seller's listed as "nest mini" instead of "home mini". The 1st gen have orange backs and don't have a hanging hole. They're a fine product, but the bass isn't as good and you shouldn't pay as much for them.
