Great for Verizon users for others not so much

Once properly set up, it is a real gem. Works seamlessly all over the world. This hot spot is easily set up if you are a verizon user. If you have service from another carrier, some technical ability is required to access the administration screen and to change the APN in order for the unit to interact with your carriers signal. If you do not know what an APN is, or where and how to obtain the one for your carrier, this unit will be quite problematic for you to set up. Because it's a Verizon branded product, tech support will be difficult to get from other carriers. You would need to find a way to get to Novatel (the manufacturer) and hope you reach an agent who will pity your situation enough to help.
