Best Universal remote on the market

A nice little cheap sensor that helps

A nice sensor to tell you temperatures in areas that you might be interested in. I use a few in my back screen/windowed porch, basement and other areas to monitor the temps in those areas. If it gets below freezing in the porch, then Omni will let us know, conversely if it get super hot, it lets us know, turns on the exhaust fan and the over head fans to try to keep it under control
