  Packaging should of been done better for a heavy motherboard, mb was broken, one of the heatsinks snapped from it's screw see picture Just glad it wasn't critical so it doesn't change anything for it to be like that Ad did not describe this, *maybe* it happened in shipping, but the heat sink had other minor damage leads me to think it wasn't shipping damage Can look past these things, because motherboard did in fact work fine after bios update. Should of been $100 less than what it was.

  hey thanks for the offer. It's ok it's working fine. heavy motherboards need lotta extra padding because UPS/Fedex give zero-f's when shipping. lol Have a good one
