small easy to use plug and play technology

Best feature is direct plug to TV port without long HDMI cable - Roku setup on multiple TV sets is NOT USER FRIENDLY and is VERY COMPLICATED: with Required log in, set up with passwords accessed only on line with desk top or lap top computers ( iPad not accepted ) plus HIGH COST unexpected required Techy Live (IT SERVICES) This is an unexplained required HIDDEN COST that must be explained. Who are these -- Techy Live (IT SERVICES) --people and who do they work for?
