Power Side View Mirror Passenger Right RH for 97-01 Camry (US Built Models)

This is not a good replacement for a 1999 Toyota Camry

Electrical connector does not work with Toyota 1999 Camry LE wire harness. Wrong size. The original Toyota mirror connector is male. The Kool-Vue connector is female. They didn't even get that right. Since connector does not fit, removed and re-used the original After splicing original connector (red-red, black-black, white-white wires) the Left/Right and Up/Down are reversed (i.e., the side-to-side controls the vertical and vice-versa). Cheap plastic housing scratches very easily. If there is any relationship to an actual Toyota Camry it is that the bolt pattern fits. Be careful. Product description may indicate "heated" but it is not. If you have a 3-wire connector, your mirror is NOT heated. (A heated mirror requires 5 wires). Replacement Better Than Original

This replacement is a slightly different design for the battery cover, one that compensates for a flaw in the poorly designed original that came with the TV. It looks like it will be sturdy enough to last at least as long as the television itself. (The battery cover on the original remote that came with our Westinghouse 32" LCD TV broke soon after we starting using the TV, but of course, 90 days warranty meant we made due with black electrical tape on the battery cover until that no longer worked either. Glad to have found this replacement.) Price was low, included shipping, and arrived quickly.

5GHz is okay - not fast; limited by 100Mbps LAN port; but has good range. 2.4GHz barely functional..

This is an older model, AC600, and as such the 2.4GHz WLAN speed is very poor performing, even when within 2 meters the 2.4GHz never can transmit/receive more than 20Mbps. The 5GHz is limited to the physical LAN port, which is only a 100Mbps Ethernet RJ45 PoE port. So despite a strong 5GHz 300+Mbps WLAN, the Internet speeds are limited to about 90Mbps transmit/receive. Range on the 5GHz was tested to 50 feet with a solid signal.
