Great product but have to buy ink cartridges

The product itself is amazing and the set up was easy until it came to the ink cartridge. The printer I purchased did not come with ink cartridges or the cartridges were taken out. This forced me to go to the store and purchase new ones which one would think this would fix the problem. Unfortunately this did not and I had to find a work around to get through the set up without the factory ink cartridges. All in all it was worth the hassle for the savings but for somebody that is not tech friendly, this would just not work for them.
