Gear Up & Go Finn McMissile Negatives

My grandson loves this 3-way Finn Mcmissile toy. However, the parts are difficult to change for a 5 year old. I have to use quite a bit of force to remove the tires and hydrofoils when he wants to change to another vehicle format. Changing formats is not really something a young child can do for themself....so the adult in the room is called on to make the changes. Then, on the second day of using the toy, part of one hydrofoil tip that is screwed on separated from the assembly when pulling it off the car. ( the tip end remained stuck to the car). I'm hoping that some superglue will keep it from separating again. Those are the issues I have experienced with this toy..but again, my grandson loves it.

Replacement unit

Worked Fine without issues for several years...had to replace it due to old age i guess...stopped working.
