Secrets to Health & Healing
Excellent book on how to detox and be healthy. Dr. Robert Morse is a treasure and a true healer with so much helpful knowledge to share. This book is an easy read and a great reference manual to refer to time and time again.

Upbeat and Fun 4-Mile Walk
3 of 3 found this helpful This DVD was recommended to me by the rep at Leslie Sansone's website. She said this one is very popular. I can see why because the mood is high and the workout extensive. I like it a lot. It is filled with only simple steps--walking in place, sidesteps, kickbacks, leg lifts. I would prefer a few more variations, but all in all, I am glad I got this one.(Hard to decide, because there are so many to choose from!) If you like Leslie, you won't go wrong with this purchase.
