Norton 360 2014
It was easy to install. All you have to do is put in the product code. The only downside is you have to have the PCs with you even if you have a previous Norton account and have all your PCs stored on your account with Norton. The Norton blocks a lot of PC viruses and trojans. I have a virus on my PC before I installed Norton and this product could not get rid of it under normal circumstances. However, I did get on line (barely due to the nasty pc virus) and did get Norton support via chat. They took control of my PC, cleaned it completely of viruses and recommended some brower changes. My PC works great now. I like the fact that I didn't have to call and the helpdesk agent did all the work to clean my pc of viruses. The other displeasing thing about this product is that I had to find a contact phone number off line for help and this information was not on in the Norton package. Then when you call the number off line, you go through a horrible IVR system to route your call and then as you are transferred to a supposedly help desk person, you get hung up on. This is the main reason I went to the live chat room for help. Other than that, I can't really remember any other real problems with this product. I evaluate these types of anti virus softwares every year and this one seems to be the best this year by not using up a lot of pc resources and preventing trojans, viruses and the other bad things the internet can bring your pc.
