Crimson Trace remains the gold standard for laser sights!
Love, love, love my laser grip sight. Installed it on my 1911, and since then I can't help doing my best Arnold Schwarzenegger impression every time I take it out of the safe: ".45 long slide with lasah sighting....!"
The laser grips were a snap to install, taking just minutes. Only an ordinary screwdriver was needed to remove the grip screws; no special tools or expertise required. Batteries were included, and Crimson Trace Corp has a great policy of replacing batteries for their grips FOR LIFE. Yes, every year or two you can request another paid of 2032 batteries, to keep that beam shining!
Crimson Trace recommends you place the red dot just below the post in your sight picture, but I found that I get better results placing it just above the line so I can actually see it. The adjustments are easily done with one of the two (2) included micro-Allen wrenches. The laser switch is on the front of the grip, and activates with a little grip pressure. It holds zero really well; I haven't needed to make an adjustment yet.
Tactically, lasers allow quicker target acquisition, especially in low light situations. I don't have night googles, so the red dot is a big advantage for me in the dark. Sure, you can say the beam might give your position away. But by the time the bad guy sees where the beam is coming from, I've already got him.
And man oh man, it's just really fun to shoot. Everyone at the range wants to try it out and gets a kick out of it!

Perfect Jason mask for Halloween or home videos
1 of 1 found this helpful The product is exactly as advertised. Only it actually looks BETTER in real life than in the photo! It has an appearance of a real weathered hockey mask, though it is quite a bit thinner and lighter than the genuine sports equipment. However, it is not paper-thin, and feels sturdy enough to survive a few nights of trick-or-treating without falling apart.
My 11-year-old son was thrilled to get it, and loved scaring his cousins and neighborhood kids with it. Now he wants to make some goofy Youtube videos with it. And I can't wait to see them!
