Packets inside box appear intact, so the product is still usable. Seller needs to provide better packaging in the future. A thin plastic bag isn't enough.

    although the photo did not show everything in the box as far as i could see, it was all there. i made some assumptions of my own that a part was missing, but seller reassured me that we could work it out from there if anything was missing.     An honorable seller! The faucet handle fell off because the inside cartridge was broken off from vice type of tool. Send a message to seller, and it was immediately responded with a message and full purchase price plus shipping after seeing the photos. It's a product's issue and not a problem with seller! Very happy to deal with a honest seller and will buy from A+ eBay seller again!
