Great japanese wok

This wok is perfect for frying anything! 36cm is the perfect size and shape for my needs. Heavy but that's not a big problem as washing it is quick and easy. Fine japanese craftsmanship. The quality is very good and it will last forever if treated properly. A very good investment, unlike the western non-stick pans. Only thing missing is a wooden or silicon handle as the steel handle gets too hot and I don't like having to use a towel to hold it. Also, this wok has a rounded bottom so you will need to use a wok ring otherwise it will not be stable on your stove.
