The buyer complained about it not being there on the expected delivery date which was an estimate of the post office. We made no promises of an expected delivery date, Because we know how the Post office works. He complained rudely and I courteously explain to him that I have no control over the post office. I shipped the item properly the way it's supposed to be. The buyer could see all that through tracking. Thanks

!8" Pink Pearl Necklace
These little pearls are well-formed, consistent color, and are quite pretty for the price. The actual string of pearls is an actual 18" (many lower-cost pearls include the clasp in the measure). Overall, for the price a very good buy. GEne

Sheet Music Critique
Just what I needed. Only drawback is they have shrunk the size - my original was 81/5 X11, this one is 6 3/4 X 10 1/2 - makes it difficult to see, even with glasses. Arrived in good time.

Creative Retro Artsy Thingie
A good old-fashioned device that captivates the attention of today's "plugged-in" kids. The only problem is that they quickly go through the paper and the pens because it's so much fun!
