Junk LaCrosse product (S88907 Weather Station.
1 of 2 found this helpful Ordered two (2) units, one will synchronize with Remote unit if within 20 - 30 feet. Second unit will synchronize but won't remain synchronized even in same room 4 feet apart. That means NO outside temperature display. Called La Crosse customer service and was told "my problem was the indoor unit and remote unit will not synchronize, try putting In-door unit and remote unit 3 feet apart". Tell me you're kidding. . . No she wasn't kidding. If that's the customer service support what can you expect from the company quality control. Absolute NO Integrity at all. From the other customer comments other people are having the same problem. The display is OK at night but difficult to see during day time. Display only works when viewing straight on, not at an angle. You can forget battery operation, unless you can pick the unit up and press the button on the side to restore display. Junk product, completely useless. About as useful as a Pet Rock.
