Items arrived in new condition with no damage or surprises- just as shown in photos. For USA folks, this seller is in Bulgaria and as such my order of 4 jigsaw puzzles required just over one month from purchase to delivery (estimated correctly). The shipping charge even with combined shipping was a bit painful but required.
