Good but...
These are for small MY PILLOW pillows.
Good quality and the fit is good fit.
Hope you like light green color (only color they come in).
A little expensive, but I understood all this going.
Otherwise, they did not disappoint.

Increase dose for better relief
I have IBS, I usually take IBgard one capsule daily, however when I have a flare up I increase my dosage to two or three capsules & I do get more relief.

Love the purchase
Beautiful items. Love the white color. They nestle inside each other for efficient space when not in use. Great selection of sizes, as needed. Great buy. I would buy again.
