A starter way to lighten the mood and shine light in your mental health journey
This book takes the complex mental chaos and breaks down how this occurs [in simplified terms] and shows how to slowly take action to tackle these problems. This book would be used in conjunction with other therapy tools but may be used as a starting place until more specific tools can be substituted in.

A little journals to document things you are grateful for
These pockitudes journals give a template to fill in as your gratitude journal. This is helpful if you want to start a gratitude journaling and do not have any ideas what to start writing. The inspirational notes may not apply everyday but give a little nudge in the right direction.
