Great product but I can't get the package open!
1 of 1 found this helpful I have used this product before and it is a great product. This was a good deal but I can't get the drum open - usually I can take out the plastic pieces that prevent the lid from turning (you are supposed to be able to just push them down and release the lid but it doesn't work - at least not with my hands) but this time, after a chisel and kitchen knife, I managed to get the pieces out that prevent the lid from turning to open, but it still will not turn. I'm leaving a 5 star review as I know this is a great product but for all i know it could be a drum full of baking flour. I appreciate good packaging and security but there are limits. And, because I bought it online I can't just take it back to the store and have them get it open. Perhaps most people are better at the mechanical side of things than I.....if I can ever get it open, I will buy more.

Kind of small
I use the 3x5" envelopes for international shipping so thought these would work. I'm not sure where they get the size, but these are so tiny that I couldn't possibly use them for shipping. Perhaps to enclose a fragile item and place in a shipping envelope, but for shipping on their own they are much to small. They'd never make it on the mail truck.

Excellent product. Works quickly, saves on plumber's fees
Unplugs drains in seconds! Very forceful so use with care. Several applications per bottle. A great product for clogged drains.
