You on a Diet
Love this book. I gave 2 away, one to my son and another to a nephew. The information is so important and so easy to understand. The pictures, drawings, etc. are wonderful! So easy to understand why we look the way we do. My daugher, 26 years old and I are both using it. Me, to lose weight and get healthy, her, to stay healthy. Wonderful book.
I have used just about every diet out there, I could probably write a book myself.
BUT, Dr Oz is teaching me that I do not have to totally eliminate carbs to lose weight. This is so much more realistic as on the protein diets, I always ended up binging on bad carbs after a couple of weeks. NOT GOOD!!
