4th generation mgt
Very good book on stasistical mgt practices.
Explains TQM and Deming methods in simple straight forward terms.

weak book
1 of 1 found this helpful I Would not recommend unless you are beginner and the book is cheap. Many other better books. Helmuth's book is not well written, very basic, a bit self grandizing. Schlansky, Gordon, and Doyles super sys II are much much better to learn to play the game. I have purchased a dozen books and I am a good intermediate player, time, study, and table experience may turn me into a decent advanced player. Good Luck.

Recommend
Bought Ultra Sport II 700x25c for my Specialized Allez sport. Tires look good, lite weight, went on rims easily, and tire grip is good. These are very good basic tires for exercise and recreational riding. I have a set of 28c on a Giant defy2 with about 1100 miles and roughly 50% wear. I recommend 700c 28c width if your bike can accommodate.
