Purchased projector in June. It is October, I do not have a working machine, and support will not respond to my messages anymore.

XGIMI sent me a projector that does not connect to the internet. After months of working with support, the projector still does not work. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the person I was working with stopped responding to my messages. If you look online, my problem is a common one. Do not purchase products from XGIMI.
