The remastering effort brings the highs and lows together for a new level of 'WOW'.

It's hard for me to find anything negative to say. I've been an avid fan of SD since the beginning, and I don't have much to add that most other fans don't already know. They pretty much stand alone in musicianship, creativity, diversity, etc. From a technical aspect...this boxed set completes the only thing that was missing...which was a remastered version of all the albums. If you are only listening through an appliance...phone...mono device...you can live without it...but if you have any type of quality listening equipment, you cannot go wrong. It sounds...just wonderful. Remastering is not a gimmick...for all those terrific bands from the 70's and 80's that dwarf today's 'talent'...it is what puts the music over the top. Worth every penny.
