Works good but is slower than Rapid Rail.
These rails work good but they do not have the "pins" required for rapid deployment. Looking back at my purchase and the description photo, it is obvious by the little bag of nuts and bolts, which are required to install these kits. No problem with the seller. I got what I ordered; so this is completely my own fault, but I was thinking of Rapid Rail when I purchased.

Very nice to have
Very nice to have all the screws, especially when someone else took computer apart several weeks prior to computer re-assembly.
