Took pics, shared with Seller, accused me of incompetence demanded I escalate after I said no to less than half refund. After first accusations another message saying if damaged during shipping, not so bad. eBay got claim with pics (wrapped in Goodwill bag and food container turned inside out) with not structure or proper tape. Refund in seconds. Then Seller emails to apologize for behavior. Part I don’t get, why would I destroy something a really wanted? We apologized for our initial reaction to your claim that the packing and box was not sufficient. The photos sent indicate poor handling of the box from the recipient rather than from the Shippers. We stand by our packaging methods and procedures. There is a reason this is our ONLY Negative Review.
