New Shimano Shadow Plus XT RD-M786 Silver SGS Long Cage Clutch Rear Derailleur

Outstanding derailleur for the price

I replaced the standard Shimano SLX derailleur on my 2014 Orbea Alma H60 mainly because I wanted the clutch function to reduce chain slap. I immediately noticed that overall shifting was significantly improved in speed and accuracy. This component may not be equal to the XTR level but it works perfectly for my needs.
