  Seller created a shipping label, and it took over a week, and two messages from me for them to let me know it had not been taken to the shipping office. They stated they would expedite shipping the next day but instead, canceled the order without discussing it with me. Now, I have to start the process all over again with someone else. I hate to be their first negative review, but they missed the mark on this one.

  There was a delay that I communicated - buyer stated that if the item would not arrive by Tuesday that he would need to cancel the order. Because the ETA would have been after Tuesday, I cancelled the order to prevent any further delays.
