  Let me first say that this seller was stellar in every way. The professionalism, speed in processing/delivery, and communication was fantastic. There was nothing wrong with the description or perceptible condition of the product. However when I received the box of 30 year old baseball cards and opened them, every pack was rock hard. Succumbed to the cruelty of time. And heat probably. When I informed the seller, they were so quick to make things right! When they didn't have to! Thanks so much!

My kids, being the troubleshooters they are, googled how to repair a dead Furby and somehow was able to do “surgery” and got it to work! Good as new. So we did not return it.
