well made, stable
The tubing and hardware are very good, a bargain. Assembled and trial use very stable. For years I have used my 24 fiberglass ladder for 2nd story gutter cleanout. The ladder is much more stable with this standoff in max position. It does add some weight to the fly section while raising and lowering.

Powerful Tool
Chosen for a difficult bushing removal with limited space. Paid for Taiwan source which I have found to be superior. Bushing came out. The tool and accessories are high quality.

ebay exhaust header
1 of 1 found this helpful This the 2nd China- sourced header I now own , showing similar defects and value in both cases. The sellers know well the problems and probably experience heavy returns from unsuspecting buyers. But the short seller warning , typically, "professional installation required," masks the problems.
The welding and finish have been good on my 3 year old unit. The major problem on my sample of 2 is flange warpage , probably due to metal upset during weld heat. The result with the thick style flanges is up to .100" deviation from flat, which is a major problem IMO for reliable , leak free joint and fastener (stud) life. The seller package includes a thick (.080") gasket for the block, but that is a bandage. Using the studs to "straighten" the warpage is foolhardy and probably exceeds mfgr torque values of the studs. Cranking down can stretch the studs into a "yield" condition and can break them. The solution is to level the flange to less than .007," if possible. Any improvement will help. It can be done by the enthusiast who has patience and can use abrasives (angle grinde, belt sander, file) Plan to spend "many" hours. A machine shop may not even want to fix the problem due to the need for special tooling. Brace for cost way beyond the purchase price, Find a big , flat belt sander if possilble.
Next both headers fail to fit onto the exhaust studs without enlarging the flange holes.Forcing the header on can also result in stud breakage under heat cycling. At the down pipe connection warpage is also .100" on the 2nd unit. This threw the outside fasteners (studs) off so far (not plumb) , they would not fit the cat pipe, requiring enlargement of the cat pipe flange holes also.
FINAL: Purchased price is ok if you overcome these problems.
