  I ordered these chairs, which arrived incredibly fast, which was a great surprise! The chairs themselves are stylish and comfortable. Unfortunately, one of the chairs had a minor defect, but the company was quick to respond and resolve the issue without any hassle. Their customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. Overall, it's a great product and even better service!

  Chair is NOT a recliner as advertised. After several online conversations with seller, they let me keep the chair at no cost. I would recommend this seller.

  Our order was promptly shipped and arrived in good condition. Everything went together easily, We have one issue with a manufacturing defect; a bad bolt hole on a table leg. The seller promptly offered a replacement leg or a partial refund that would cover the cost of having it tack welded. The table and chairs are exactly as pictured and look great in our gazebo.

  Love the chaise lounger however I was not sent the correct feet/legs. I was sent all the same legs. I contacted the seller and sent pictures of the legs. Explaining what I had and what I should have. Days later I got a response asking for better pictures (nothing wrong with the pictures I send) so they could determine the problem. I have get to get a resolution. Sucks cuz I was going to buy another set to have 4. Guess not.

  Great recliner at a great price with quick delivery... What fedex lifted by the mailbox bank and I do not have a mailbox so I had to get someone to pick it up with the car and deliver it to me..... Terrible
