  Partial refund? I don't get it. Item was totally unusable and not working as described. It is a vintage antenna controller not aviation electronics from an airplane. Seller needs to issue a total refund asap!

  Hi I did not here back from you, did i give you some refund? Anyway, it worked when i shipped it, if it does not work sorry, would like to help out. 1. You offered 1/2 of what was listed. 2. you paid minimum shipping, which was approx 1/2 of my actual cost., 3. so after extra shipping i paid , along with fees , i think i had less than $7 to $10 profit. 4. so if i offer a full refund, I will be into this sale for about $30 out of pocket.
