So far it's great!
The Canon ef-s 17-85mm lens has a bad reputation for failing because of a ribbon that breaks after zooming repeatedly. I bought a used one a couple of years ago which had to be returned for this reason. I thought I would try again as the seller said the ribbon had been replaced when the lens was renovated by him.
So far the lens is superb with no faults! I like the focal length range and the build quality (apart from the ribbon issue). It is a fairly weighty lens but balances well on a Canon 500D using a battery grip for more support.

High quality cooks apron
A well made and attractive apron. The straps in particular are much better made than the usual tapes that soon end up as string (and then get knotted).
Used only for cooking - too good for cleaning work!

Quiet and fast focussing for a macro lens
I bought this to partner my Olympus E-1. It is well balanced with this camera and the effective focal length of 70mm gives a reasonably bright and sizeable image in the viewfinder. For my ageing eyes this is a benefit as is the quick and reliable autofocus.
