good as a plain phone
for very basic phone services, phone works fine. most of the more advanced operations that are advertised are complicated to get to get to, set up and get to day in and day out.
Also, smaller overall than I thought from viewing item on website ( I know - I should held
a tape measure or ruler up and saw for myself). Overall, I give it a C+.

was used, but still good. battery very short lived. 2 batteries came with it. both go down fast

item works - I'm still getting usedto some feature, but those are mostly operator error
