Very Sturdy. Very pleased with purchase.

Just the right height for the 3yo. The wooden tools intrigue him. They are the right size. A great activity for engaging adults with the young ones. The wooden strips break when stepped on by the 35lb child. Just remember that they are wood and not metal. All of the pieces are sanded and finished. The lower shell holds all of the pieces plus the box of pieces from a separate Melissa and Doug construction set. The workbench was easily put together in less than an hour.
