Faucet comes with a lock nut whose threads are too far recessed to install to a standard granite counter top. Most pull down faucets come with a slender brass hex lock nut. THIS IS EVEN WHAT IS PICTURED IN THE SUPPLIED INSTRUCTIONS. There are a few different iterations of single hole lock nut that all could function under normal circumstances. Plastic, brass embedded plastic, etc. The supplied product has a stamped sheet metal nut that will not work with a standard counter top. The threaded portion is too far recessed to catch the shank of the fixture. As a contractor who flips houses and renovates vacant apartments I work on tight timelines and do not have time to entertain lengthy returns or locate eccentric replacement parts. I need the product that arrives to be "as described." This was clearly a manufacturing decision to save literally pennies on a minor part that, when done incorrectly, renders the entire apparatus useless. Will not buy again.

Pretty great product for its size and price point

Great for small to even medium sized projects. Cleaning up is pretty tedious and the reservoir needs to be refilled pretty often. Fairly heavy when full as well.
