    The seller accept the offer eBay process the order and payment the item is paid and now the seller says that he never accept the offer So how eBay process the order if there is no acceptance or the offer And now he want to charge more for the item Unfortunately rules are rules

    As I mentioned to the buyer I never received a offer to negotiate, I would have never sold the item at half price- it was a new listing
