Prompt, Courteous Response & Timely Refund for Damaged Merchandise
While the box arrived well-packaged in a double bubble-wrapped USPS shipping envelope, the box itself was a mess. It had almost certainly been invaded by mice and seemed somewhat moldy. Two of the ten individual plug boxes were goners as well and those plugs had the rust as shown in photos provided. Two additional plus had similar although not as serious surface rust in the same location and so really aren't usable. The remaining six plugs were pristine.
The seller responded promptly to the above complaint and provided a prompt refund for the damaged merchandise no questions asked.
