It's what I had expected. Easily follow the well written and easy to follow instructions and get realistic evaluations. I was pleased to find two of every test. I'll save the second test series for another time or locale.

A most valuable tool for little expense.
Easy to use, excellent instructions. Panel lights indicate intensity of escaping gas, extended probe gets into tight spots. I found the device was very sensitive to combustible gasses, even ones not producing an odor. Not only was a suspected leak found but 4 lesser ones as well. This device belongs in every home.

Value, performance.
I ordered and have two. Side by side they closely indicate similar readings which supports quality and likely accuracy. I move one room to room to get a handle on air condition in each room until I'm sure temperature and humidity where I need it to be. Excellent value.
