This combination DVD and VCR is an old antiquated unit that does what I need
The seller's description was accurate and factual. Price was reasonable as well. It was packed for shipping very professionally and it arrived quickly, about three days.
Although the unit and technology is old, I needed a functioning VCR as my previous combination DVD/VCR suffered an electronic failure. This new unit records and plays back tape but unlike my failed unit it does not record DVDs. That was not made clear to me in the written description but I can get around that by recording DVDs with my tower computer. I downloaded the manual as one was not included with this replacement unit. I have not tested all the functions but both DVD and VCR does provide good quality sound and video. Tape rewind is balky. I am pleased with this purchase.
